How long does the review take?

Once I review what you’ve submitted, I’ll confirm the expected turnaround based on the size and complexity of the material.

What happens after I submit?

I'll review your submission to make sure your question fits the Builder's Second Opinion service. If it does, I'll contact you with the next step, including payment and scheduling your 90-minute consultation. If I think your project requires something more extensive, I'll explain that before you commit to anything.

Is this the same as hiring you to manage the project?

No. The Builder’s Second Opinion is a focused independent review and consultation. If you need ongoing Owner’s Representative or construction-management services, we can discuss that separately.

What if my project needs more than a focused review?

Send me what you have and tell me what you're concerned about. If your project requires substantially more review than the Builder's Second Opinion covers, I'll explain what I recommend and the additional cost before you commit to anything.
