How long does the review take?

Once I review what you’ve submitted, I’ll confirm the expected turnaround based on the size and complexity of the material.

What happens after I submit?

I'll review your question and the information you've provided. If it's something I can answer briefly, I'll respond directly. If I think it requires a more detailed review, I'll explain what I recommend before you commit to anything.

Is this the same as hiring you to manage the project?

No. The Builder’s Second Opinion is a focused independent review and consultation. If you need ongoing Owner’s Representative or construction-management services, we can discuss that separately.

What if I have a large plan set or unusually complicated project?

Submit what you have. If the project requires substantially more review than the standard service covers, I’ll explain that before you commit to anything.
